NCLG shares news received from organizations and schools about university degrees and related professional programs with various funding opportunities and other scholarships for students and prospective teachers.

The NCLG also is pleased to offer three kinds of mini-grants to teachers who are ACL or SCS members. Please read the following before applying to grants: 

As an ACL or SCS member, you may apply for and receive a maximum of one (1) of these 3 grants per year. If your grant request is approved, you agree to write a 200 - 300 word description about how the grant impacted your program and how it helped to promote the study of Classics.  Articles with photos or lesson ideas may be highlighted in the ACL Newsletter during the year and may be posted in NCLG News page on the website.  All awardees from each year will also be formally announced at the ACL Institute in June.
