Group Registration Details
There are two options available for group registration and payments this year - individual registration, in which everyone registers themselves but one person pays, or group registration, in which one person registers and pays for everyone. Please select the option that works best for you group. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
In individual registration, each individual will complete conference registration for both the conference and any ticketed/paid events. This will create two invoices for the individual - one for registration only and one for any optional conference events. They will be given the option for an invoice or to pay online. Individuals should choose "invoice me" as the payment option for the invoice(s) that the group will pay for.
Once all individuals have registered, a representative of the group should email email@example.com the list of names that should be invoiced. Please also include if the group is paying for the registration only or all optional events. NCLA will create one invoice for the group and send it to the representative. The representative may either pay the full total due online with a MasterCard or VISA or should print the master invoice and send the invoice and payment to the NCLA mailing address. Please be sure to include the master invoice with a mailed payment so we can properly apply the payment. The individuals will be responsible for any invoices not covered by the group.
In group registration, one individual will register and pay for everyone at once. We will call that individual the admin. Each individual registrant prints and fills out the PDF registration form and gives it to the admin. Once the admin has all the forms, they will login using their own credentials. The admin must have login credentials for nclaonline.wildapricot.org, but does NOT have to be an NCLA member. If your admin needs login credentials, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the admin logs in, they will register each individual using the individual's email address. Membership pricing will be offered based on the membership status of each individual email address, as of the registration date. The total due for each individual will be added to the admin's account.
If the group is paying for optional events, the admin should also complete the registration process for the ticketed/paid events.
Once the admin has registered everyone, the admin has two payment options.
