餐廳簡介Introduction

1.本校目前共有兩家學生宿舍餐廳，分別位於光復校區光二舍地下一樓以及敬業校區敬一舍地下一樓。住宿服務組負責餐廳管理，衛生保健組負責餐廳衛生督導業務，總務處負責餐廳設備修繕與採購。On-campus dining service is now available on Kuang-Fu campus and Ching-Yeh Campus. Housing Service Division is responsible for operation, Health Center is in charge of hygiene supervision, and Construction & Maintenance Division assists in facilities maintenance and procurement.

2.為瞭解教職員及學生對宿舍餐廳的需求與建議，每學年進行餐廳服務問卷調查作為評核餐廳承商及其改善之建議。另透過本校「膳食委員會」之監督機制，為餐廳之營運與餐飲衛生把關。 NCKU Catering Committee,comprised of representatives from faculty and students, oversees the operation and a satisfactory survey is conducted annually to ensure the quality of on-campus catering service.
