ALL team gear is OPTIONAL. You can purchase your own race suit if you wish, but it is not required. The school will issue you a race suit and jacket.

Practice:

Whether it's dryland practice at NC, off campus, or a mountain practice (including Saturday's). The bus will leave promptly by 3:35PM on weekdays, 8:30AM on weekends and will always return to NC.  

Practice starts Mon. Nov. 17. You will need to have your physical turned into activities office and online athletic consent form filled out BEFORE you can practice.
