Come and join a program with a rich tradition that spans over 50 years. This sport and lifestyle has a history of drawing in very dedicated and resilient individuals. Over the years our program has produced multiple individual and team State Champions, countless All State skiers, and even Junor National skiers that are among the best in the country.
Our program is very fortunate to have an experienced and passionate staff with many years of service to the sport at the State and Junior National level. No experience is necessary. As long as you bring the right Attitude, Preparation and Effort every day, you will find success in our program. The best thing about this is, your Attitue, Prepartaion and Effort are ALL CONTROLLED BY YOU!

ALL team gear is OPTIONAL. You can purchase your own race suit or jacket if you wish, but it is not required. The school will issue you a race suit and jacket.
Practice:
Whether it's dryland practice at NC, off campus, or a mountain practice (including Saturday's). The bus will leave promptly by 3:35PM on weekdays, 8:30AM on weekends and will always return to NC.
Practice starts Mon. Nov. 14. You will need to have your physical turned into activities office and online athletic consent form filled out BEFORE you can practice.

Our program operates under the Finn Sisu philosophy...'Sisu' in Finnish means strength, perseverance in a task that for some may seem crazy to undertake, almost hopeless. Sisu is not momentary courage, but the ability to sustain that courage.
