The mission of the Aquatic Response Team is to enhance statewide public safety by providing effective aquatic support to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and other law enforcement agencies in the State of North Carolina. It is the intention of the Unit to provide aquatic support to all local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies upon request.
