We are pleased to offer your gymnasts a special meet gift to commemorate their qualification to the 2021 NC Gold/Platinum State Championship!

Each gymnast will receive a white t-shirt with the Championship logo on the front and a list of each participating gymnast on the back. Each list will be based on the level they will be competing in. These shirts will be shipping directly to your gym. We would like to have them in your hands before the State Championships on April 16. In order to do that, we will need your help.

COACHES ONLY PLEASE fill out this Google form for your gym. We need this information by March 25th in order for you to have the gifts by April 16. You must fill out for EACH LEVEL you have competing at this meet.
