Area includes;

1. the field of implementing QMS in the plant, ISO/TS certification program, casting development, tooling for product and robotic application, training on lean, QMS, 5-S, Kaizen, TPM, APQP, PPAP. Yield improvement, rejection control, process improvement. Setting up turnkey project, productivity improvement.

2. in foundry producing automotive castings, operation management, product development for various automotive and tractor industries, setting up QMS in the plant, QA/QC, project, vendor development, supplier up gradation and supplier audit, rejection control, yield improvement, setting up process control and monitoring system, training program, competency mapping/up gradation, customer handling and customer relationship

3. undergone training in TPM from CII and successfully developed TPM culture by implementing 8 pillars, model machine program, Kaizen, quality circle and TPM KICK-OFF. Also gone through the 15 months UNIDO-ACMA cluster program for TEI, 5S, QM, Inventory Management, Productivity Improvement & Sustenance.
