1.   Project Execution Plan (PEP) Readiness Checklist - see Checklist   Note, the PEP shall be developed by the project team led by the project director,  where  a Project Procurement & Contracting Quilt shall be developed.

7.  Post Award Contract Management:  Kick-Off Minutes of Meeting, Contract Management Plan, Supplier Performance & scorecard and frequency of audit, and other value engineering, cost reduction, and turnaround time improvement initiatives, among others.
