Registration

• Those who wish to present their research work are requested to register immediately after the notification of acceptance of abstract for contributed presentation.

• Others (Participants without presentation) can register at any time before the last date for registration.

Both presenters and participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee through online mode as per the instructions below.

• Registration Fee for Presenters : Rs. 300/-

• Registration Fee for Participants : Rs. 200/-

Instructions for Registration Fee payment :

Two methods are described below to pay the registration fee.

Please give preference to Method (A).

Method (A) : The participants can make the payment of registration fee through 'State Bank Collect' using the link

The procedure for making payment is as follows :-

(i) State of Corporate/Institution : in the dropdown list, select "Puducherry "

(ii) Type of Corporate/Institution : in the dropdown list, select "Educational Institutions"

(iii) Educational Institutions Name : in the dropdown list, select "NIT Puducherry"

(iv) Category : in the dropdown list, select "Workshop/Conference/Others"

Fill the required details and pay the registration fee.

Method (B) : Alternately, the participants can pay registration fee through (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) to the below mentioned bank account.

(i) While making online payment, the participants are instructed to mention their name in the payment remarks to enable us to trace your payment in the bank statement.

(ii) Kindly add the applicable bank charges, if any, for online payment
