1. Logic Device Characterizations (electrical measurements, I-V, C-V, 1/f noise, analytical modeling and simulation) 

2. FD-SOI, Junctionless transistors (JLT) and nano-material based devices (based on Si-nanowire and 2D material)

3. Advanced sensors based on nano-materials & IoT system by using open source hardware

4. Semiconductor Device Fabrication (photo & e-beam lithography, CAD-design, metalization, reactive ion etching, rapid thermal annealing and etc.)
