About Us

Northern California Compassion Association- Cupertino is a non-profit organization that believes in showing compassion and empathy to our local communities through assistance and education. Our organization works across three tiers- to help travelers that are stranded, to aide for communities struck by natural disasters, and to provide education for local Asians and Asian Americans.

We understand that traveling to a foreign country can be very stressful, even more so when an emergency occurs. Therefore, it is our mission to provide monetary, social work, and translation support for travelers who are in a financial or personal crisis in Northern California.

NCCAC also extends their compassion to local communities affected by natural disasters such as fires or earthquakes in Northern California. We work with other organizations such as Tzu Chi USA to help donate and distribute food, water, and other services.

Our final tier is to provide education on sensitive issues to empower local Asians and Asian Americans. We discuss a variety of topics including gun and campus safety, emergency preparation, adolescent drug abuse, and domestic violence. Encouraging discussion and spreading awareness regarding these subjects will lessen the stigma surrounding them and enlighten our fellow compatriots to not only the problems, but possible solutions.

We believe that through these multi-tier efforts, we are able to help our fellow countrymen and strengthen the bonds in our current local communities throughout Northern California.
