This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use NEXUS CYBERWOLF, including its advertising and in-app purchase features.
1. LOCAL GAME DATA
You do not need to create a game account to play NEXUS CYBERWOLF.
The game stores campaign progress, checkpoints, levels, experience points, in-game currencies, skills, equipment, purchase entitlements, rewarded-ad progress, tutorial progress, and preferences on your device.
This information is used to save your progress, apply purchased content and earned rewards, and remember your language, audio, graphics, and control settings. Local recovery copies may also be created to protect against save errors.
The game does not provide a developer-operated cloud-save service or upload your campaign save files to a developer-operated server.
2. ADVERTISING
Advertising is disabled in version 0.8.9. Ad-supported releases use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, including rewarded advertisements. The following information describes data handled when advertising is enabled.
The SDK collects and shares information such as:• IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location.• App and advertising interactions, including launches, taps, and video views.• Diagnostic and performance information.• Device and account identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted by the device and SDK configuration.
Google processes this information to provide advertising, measure performance, conduct analytics, and prevent fraud. Advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
You may reset or delete your advertising ID through supported Android privacy settings. Available options depend on your Android version.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES
NEXUS CYBERWOLF offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play.
Google Play handles payment processing. We do not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or Google account password.
The game may process purchase-related information provided by Google Play, such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction references, purchase status, and entitlement records. This information is used to verify purchases, grant purchased content, maintain purchase entitlements, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
Google processes payment and transaction information according to its own policies. Requests concerning Google-held payment information should be directed to Google.
4. PERMISSIONS
The game uses internet access and network-state information for advertisements, purchases, and related connectivity checks.
Vibration is used for gameplay feedback.
The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise GPS location.
5. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any information you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to respond to questions, investigate reported issues, and handle privacy or purchase-related requests. Please do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. DATA SHARING AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We do not sell your local game save data.
Google processes information required for its advertising and payment services. Information handled by Google may be processed outside your country under Google's applicable policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
7. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game information remains in the application's storage until it is reset or removed.
The current game does not provide an in-game progress-reset option.
To remove all local application data, use Android Settings → Apps → NEXUS CYBERWOLF → Storage → Clear storage or Clear data. Menu names may vary by device. This also removes your local game progress.
Clearing application data does not delete transaction records held by Google or request a refund.
Support communications and purchase-related records are retained only as needed for their stated purposes, resolving disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Google's retention and deletion practices are governed by its own policies.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing.

We may request information necessary to verify your request. Local game saves are stored on your device and can be removed through Android's application storage controls.
9. SECURITY
Local saves are stored in Android's application-specific storage area. Google Mobile Ads uses encrypted connections for data transmission.
No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, services, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
