Register to attend the 25th Annual NC Master's & Doctoral *Virtual* Career Fair! This event connects employers with candidates who have or are earning a graduate degree (plus post-docs). This is the opportunity to gain visibility for your organization, collect resumes/CVs, conduct brief screening interviews and build relationships with candidates to meet your hiring goals.
Cost: $450 (for profit organizations) | $350 (nonprofit & government organizations)
Fee includes the option to have up to 15 representatives online to host one-on-one 10-minute chat sessions with students
Career Fair Format involves 10-minute one-on-one chat sessions with students with each representative during the time frame of the event. Breaks may be included when arranging your Sessions. 30-minute Information Sessions are an option (more information below).
Information Sessions (30-minutes)
*The option to host up to five (5) thirty-minute (30-minute) virtual information sessions within the career fair time frame with a capacity of 50 participants per session (the count includes the organizations reps + students)
*Registration will open in the Spring
After registering, begin setting up the 1:1 chat times and/or your information sessions. This is how you'll engage with students. (see additional instruction links below)

DEADLINE to register: TBD
Payment must be received by TBD. If payment hasn't been received by that date, the NC Master's & Doctoral Consortium reserves the option to cancel an organization's registration. If you know you will be unable to pay by that date, email hutchens@wfu.edu. No refunds or cancelled invoices are available after TBD; a full refund is available if cancelled on or before TBD. If an employer cancels their registration after TBD, or does not show on the day of the fair, they are still responsible for paying the registration fee. All cancellations MUST be made in writing to hutchens@wfu.edu; phone cancellations will not be accepted. This policy is upheld to allow for budgetary decisions related to the fair and to ensure accurate marketing of the event to students and alumni.

Employers are welcome to arrange virtual/online interviews with candidates at any time following the fair. You are responsible for contacting students directly. No in-person interviews will be held this year.
