Clearances

All coaches and referees must submit copies of the following clearances based on the PA state law passed in 2015.

Act 34: PA State Police - Criminal Background Check (no fee for PA Volunteers)

Act 151: PA Child Abuse History Clearance (no fee for PA Volunteers)

• Visit the link below and click on "create an individual account" to submit for your clearance

Act 114: FBI Criminal Background Check (there is a fee) or PYSA Residency Form

• This clearance is only needed if you have not been a resident of PA for the last 10 years, if you have been a resident of PA for the last 10 years - complete this PYSA Residency Attestation Form
• Visit the link below to register and pay for your FBI Background Check before visiting a fingerprinting location
