To get to Hampton, Virginia
Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF / KPHF)
or Norfolk International Airport (ORF) both airports are about 20 minutes from the conference hotel.
The conference hotel is The Landing at Hampton Marina. The conference rate is $159/ nightly. To make your reservation please book here. If you are prompted for a travel agent # while booking, the number is 10548020, but should be auto-generated for you. If you wish to make your reservation over the phone please contact the hotel directly at 800-774-1500 and mention that you are with the NBMA 2024 conference for the conference rate. Hotel parking is $10/day for overnight.
If you are checking in on Thursday, March 14: Please note that if you selected check-in on Thursday while booking and you're not seeing the $159 conference rate, this is because NBMA's room block on Thursday is extremely limited and those rooms have already been taken. There are three options to resolve this: Check back again soon (we are working with the hotel to keep posted on the number of rooms still left at the conference rate and will increase the number of rooms accordingly if feasible) OR check in on Friday instead if that works for your plans (there are more rooms available at the conference rate on Friday) OR you may also book at the rate that is available.
Please note: Hotel conference rates have been extended until February 25, 2024.
