Overview These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Nova Blenda (the “App”) and the Nova Blenda website (the “Site”), provided by Northstar Pixel Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.
License We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the App on Mac devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
No account required Nova Blenda does not require you to create an account. Purchases and subscriptions are handled solely through Apple’s in‑app purchase (IAP).
Purchases and subscriptions
The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in‑app purchases. Current offerings, pricing, and terms are displayed in the App and are subject to change prospectively.
Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Any introductory trials or usage allowances are shown in the App.
Third‑party AI model provider To generate images, the App transmits your prompts and, if you choose, your reference images to a third‑party AI model provider for processing. Providers may change over time to improve quality and performance. We enable available safety filters to reduce unsafe content.
Ownership and usage rights
Your inputs: You retain any rights you have in your prompts and reference images.
Outputs: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the outputs you generate using the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs does not violate any laws or third‑party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and publicity rights).
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use them to improve the App.
Acceptable use You agree not to use the App or outputs to:
Violate any law or the rights of others.
Create or disseminate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including sexual content involving minors, non‑consensual explicit content, hate or harassment, incitement of violence, self‑harm instructions, or malware.
Upload or input content you do not have rights to use.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass rate limits or usage caps.
Safety filters are included and may block certain requests.
Moderation
Automated: The App uses automated safety filters provided by the AI model provider.
Human review: We do not perform routine human review of your prompts or images because we do not store them. If you report misuse, we may investigate using non‑content technical signals or logs, where available.
Privacy We do not run analytics, do not require an account, and do not persist your prompts. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR CERTAIN USES; YOU SHOULD REVIEW AND USE THEM WITH DISCRETION.
Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Termination You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end.
Updates We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance. Where legally required, we will provide notice.
Age The App is intended for users aged 12 and older.
Governing law and venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts within the United States that have appropriate jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter.
