By downloading, installing, or using my Apps, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These terms govern your use of the Apps, their features, and any related services I provide.

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities conducted through your account.
You agree to notify me promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through my Apps. By submitting content:
You grant me a limited license to use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Apps.
You confirm that you have the right to provide the data and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Data Collection: I only collect data that you voluntarily provide, as described in the applicable privacy policy. I do not automatically collect personal data from your device unless this is disclosed in the relevant app or privacy policy.
All original content, software, features, graphics, logos, and other materials associated with my Apps are owned by me or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from my Apps or their content without the necessary permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
I may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of my Apps at any time. Where reasonably necessary, I may provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Apps after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
My Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. I do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every particular purpose.
I make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the Apps, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, my Apps.
I am also not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or platforms, including Claude by Anthropic, which may be integrated into or used in connection with certain Apps.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms of Use.
Your misuse of my Apps.
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
I may suspend or terminate your access to my Apps if you violate these Terms of Use or if suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected Apps will cease. Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
