「なぞモザ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシー保護を重要視しています。
1. 写真・動画について
本アプリは、利用者が選択した写真や動画に対して、顔や文字などを検出し、モザイクまたはぼかし加工を行う機能を提供します。
写真・動画および検出・加工に使用するデータは、利用者の端末上で処理されます。本アプリが、加工対象の写真・動画を開発者のサーバーへ送信または保存することはありません。
2. 顔・文字の検出について
本アプリでは、モザイク・ぼかし加工を支援するため、端末上の画像認識機能を利用して、写真や動画に含まれる顔や文字を検出する場合があります。
これらの検出結果を、利用者の識別、本人確認、広告、プロファイリング等の目的で利用することはありません。
顔データについて（Face Data）
なぞモザは、動画・写真内の顔を自動でモザイク処理するために、Apple の Vision フレームワークを使って端末内で顔の位置（矩形）を検出します。この処理はすべてお使いの端末内で完結します。
収集する顔データ：ありません。顔の位置情報は処理中に一時的にメモリ上で使うだけで、顔の特徴量・画像・識別情報は一切生成・保存しません。
保存：顔データはアプリ内にも外部サーバーにも保存されません。保存されるのはモザイク済みの完成写真・動画（お客様の写真ライブラリ）だけです。
第三者への提供：ありません。ネットワーク送信も行いません。
保持期間：処理が終わった時点で破棄されます（保持期間ゼロ）。
3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
本アプリは、利用者が加工する写真・動画を選択したり、加工後の写真・動画を保存したりするために、写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求める場合があります。
このアクセスは、本アプリの画像・動画編集および保存機能を提供する目的でのみ使用します。
4. 個人情報の収集
本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど、利用者を直接特定するための個人情報を収集しません。
5. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、利用者の写真・動画や本アプリによる検出結果を、開発者のサーバーへ収集せず、第三者へ販売または提供しません。
6. 自動検出について
顔や文字の自動検出は、すべての対象を完全に検出できることを保証するものではありません。保存・公開・共有を行う前に、利用者自身で加工結果をご確認ください。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリの機能追加や変更等に伴い、必要に応じて改定する場合があります。

“Nazomosa” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) places great importance on protecting users’ privacy.
1. Photos and Videos
The App provides features that detect faces, text, and other elements in photos and videos selected by the user and apply mosaic or blur effects.
Photos, videos, and the data used for detection and processing are handled on the user’s device. The App does not transmit or store the photos or videos being processed on the developer’s servers.
2. Face and Text Detection
To assist with mosaic and blur processing, the App may use on-device image recognition features to detect faces and text contained in photos and videos.
Detection results are not used for user identification, identity verification, advertising, profiling, or similar purposes.
Face Data
Nazomosa uses Apple's Vision framework, on your device only, to detect the position (bounding box) of faces in photos and videos so they can be blurred. No face data is collected. Face positions are used transiently in memory during processing and are never stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties. Only the finished, blurred photo or video is saved to your Photos library. Face data is discarded as soon as processing completes (retention: none).
3. Access to the Photo Library
The App may request access to the user’s photo library in order to allow the user to select photos and videos for editing and to save processed photos and videos.
This access is used solely for the purpose of providing the App’s photo and video editing and saving features.
4. Collection of Personal Information
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App does not collect users’ photos, videos, or detection results on the developer’s servers, and does not sell or provide such data to third parties.
6. Automatic Detection
Automatic detection of faces and text is not guaranteed to identify every applicable area accurately or completely. Users are responsible for reviewing the processed results before saving, publishing, or sharing photos or videos.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised as necessary in connection with additions, modifications, or other changes to the App’s features.
