By leveraging well-established thin film stress techniques, widely used in semiconductor device fabrication, I am able to impart a controlled strain profile across 2D heterostructures. This method overcomes the challenges of uncontrolled strain and device variability inherent to conventional fabrication, ensuring effective strain distribution and transfer through multiple layers. Utilizing scanning electron microscopy (SEM), I directly visualize changes in stacking order and domain structures, providing insights into how engineered strain modulates the quantum transport properties of these systems.

We design and engineer noble materials from their crystal space group to doping/straining for tailoring the physical, transport, and optoelectronic properties—including perovskites, antiperovskites, ferrites, and semiconductors—using Density Functional Theory (DFT), with an emphasis on overcoming limitations in their pristine forms and enhancing their suitability for device-level applications.
Y Synthesis and tuning structural, dielectric, electro-optical, magnetic properties of ferrit NPs.
Synthesis of novel nanocrystalline ferrite materials and characterize their envisioned properties for high-frequency device, biomedical, and energy storage applications.
Y Incorporating Multi-Agent Systems Technology in Power and Energy Systems of Bangladesh 2020
Bangladesh's power sector is undergoing critical changes as demand for power services grows gradually. This study investigated whether MAS technology is appropriate for use in Bangladesh. It will identify Bangladesh's top challenges in this domain and connect potential MAS-based solutions.
Y Investigation of Minerals Using Hyperspectral Satellite Imagery in Bangladesh 2020
Due to technological shortage, Bangladesh is not on that stage exploring minerals, thus using hyperspectral imaging technology the study exercised on some major identical areas of Bangladesh to identify minerals there.
Y CSP technology in complying with Bangladesh to its power system competency 2020
Bangladesh Power System (BPS) integrates renewable energy resources, where solar energy has a huge potential with modern technology. The study projected that, using Concentrated Solar Power technology, BPS can generate a lot of electricity.
Y Crop Yield Prediction using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) 2019
Worked as thesis on modeling HMM algorithm to predict crop production from an existing work to establish a new prototype employing Hidden Markov Model (HMM) using MATLAB.
Y Hidden Mobile Phone Detector Circuit 2018
Modeled a prototype to detect an activated mobile phone from 1.5 meters away to prevent use in exam halls, confidential rooms, etc. The prototype is designed to be modified for 3G bandwidth and modulation.
