Hi, I am Nazmul Hasan Naime, a graduate student in dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Dhaka. I completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Dhaka in 2024, graduating with rank 1 in my class with a CGPA of 3.93 out of 4.00. Currently, I am pursuing my M.Sc. at the same university, where I hold the top position in my cohort with a perfect CGPA of 4.00 out of 4.00.
My research focuses on negative capacitance field-effect transistors (FETs), FET-based gas sensors, flexible, wearable sensors, and biosensors. I have published my work in the IEEE Sensors Journal recently and currently have one manuscript under preparation for ACS Applied Electronic Materials. Another article is under review in Microelectronics Journal. I have also presented my work at the IEEE Electron Devices Technology & Manufacturing Conference (EDTM 2024).
I was the first Bangladeshi Master’s student to receive the IEEE EDS Masters Fellowship (2024) and also earned the National Science and Technology Fellowship (Rank 1 nationwide), Dhaka University Masters Scholarship. Beyond research, I serve as an active member of the IEEE EDS Student Branch Chapter at Dhaka University and have attended international training, including the CeNSE Winter School on Semiconductor Technology at IISc Bengaluru.
