About me
I am a PhD researcher in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Kent State University. My research focuses on quantum sensors, medical robotics, AI-driven control systems, and embedded systems for next-generation rehabilitation and surgical technologies.
Previous Experience:
Before pursuing my PhD, I worked as a Certified Hugo Robotic Engineer at Medtronic, specializing in:
Installation, maintenance, and technical service of Hugo surgical robotic systems.
Diagnostics, repair, and software updates to optimize surgical performance.
Technical account management and service reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
Servicing and business expansion of Neuroscience products across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
I also have extensive experience as a Customer Service Engineer (CSE) for CT and PET-CT scanners(Philips Healthcare). I have handled complex medical imaging systems, trained professionals, and supported Philips East Africa (Kenya) in troubleshooting, installation, and escalated customer calls.
