Nazir Ullah is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Management, Beijing Institute of Technology (2026–present). He earned his PhD from the School of Management Science and Engineering at Nanjing University (2023) and previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University (2024–2025). His research interests include blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, technology adoption, blockchain–AI integration, and quasi-experimental analysis.

He has made substantial contributions as first and corresponding author in Web of Science–indexed journals, including Heliyon (JCR Q1), Telematics and Informatics Reports (JCR Q1), Sustainability, Production & Manufacturing Research, Energies, and PeerJ Computer Science, as well as papers and presentations at IEEE and SPIE international conferences. His scholarly record includes an h-index of 10 and more than 670 citations.

Beyond authorship, Dr. Ullah has completed over 100 peer reviews for WoS-indexed journals published by Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, and Emerald. He serves as a Reviewing Editor for Springer Nature (from July 2025), is a Professional Member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and is a member of INFORMS. He collaborates with internationally recognized scholars in blockchain, operations, and information systems, including researchers listed among the world’s top 2% of scientists. These collaborations further strengthen his contributions to the academic community.

He has also participated in international research challenges and poster competitions, including the INFORMS Data Mining Society Data Challenge 2026 and the Quality, Statistics and Reliability (QSR) poster competition at the 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting in San Francisco, United States (1–4 November 2026). He has been invited as a keynote and guest speaker at international conferences and seminars in China and abroad.
