WHAT IS MEMORY ?
Memory is the ability of someone to remember about a few things in their daily life like what they are doing now or what they are doing before and to remain any information in their brain.Memory also can defined as the power or process of reproducing or recalling what has been learned and retained especially through associative mechanisms.
3 Types of memory
Sensory memory - numerous incoming information form 5 sense will be stored in sensory memory for an instant.
Short-term memory - our short memory term memory have only limited storage.The information must be repeated in order to get information to long-term memory.
Long-term memory - our long term memory is unlimited and have large storage.If the information is not being used for long term time,the information will be lost.
HOW TO MANAGE MEMORY
Always practice of memory techniques like visual,audio and kinesthetic style.
Repeat the information many times.
Use shorts or easy words that you can always remember it.
Do elaboration strategies using mind maps or imagenery.
Organize the material.
WHAT IS COCENCTRATION ?
Concentration means focusing your attention on what you are doing. Do not do any else things that will disturb you and you did not to pay your attention so you will miss your important information in your class or where you have been going.

Be an active learner or listener in class. Put your hands up if you do not understand.
