INTRODUCTION

I am an Assistant Professor in the Information Technology department at the University of Kansas, where I teach a diverse range of courses including predictive analytics, software engineering, and data structures. I earned my Ph.D. in Information Science with a concentration in Data Science from the University of North Texas in 2024.

I serve as a program committee member for the International Council on Knowledge Management (ICKM) and actively contribute as a peer reviewer for esteemed journals and conferences such as ASIS&T, ALISE, JIKM, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, among others.

My research mission is to explore how people interact with information—how they seek, use, and share it—particularly in the contexts of healthcare and education. I am also committed to advancing our understanding of how misinformation spreads online and how knowledge can be effectively managed in digital environments.
