Thank you for using our App. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through the App Store or other platforms. By using the App or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple.
We do not process payments or store any payment information.
For refund requests, users must follow Apple’s official refund process.
You may submit a refund request through:
Apple’s “Report a Problem” system
The App Store account settings
Apple Support
Apple will review and determine eligibility for refunds according to their policies.
Since all transactions are processed by the App Store, refunds are not guaranteed by us and are subject to Apple’s terms.
Refunds may be approved by Apple in cases such as:
Accidental purchases
Duplicate charges
Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning properly
Unauthorized transactions
Refund approval is at Apple’s sole discretion.
Refunds may not be granted (according to Apple’s policies) for:
Continued usage of the app after the purchase
Dissatisfaction with app features that work as described
Misunderstanding of app functionality
Purchases made intentionally
If your app offers subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds must still be requested through Apple.
If you experience a technical problem with the app, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
However, any refund request must still be submitted through the App Store.
