Dr Seema Negi is a Global Goodwill Ambassador, an Edu leader, a proud Rotarian and Social Ambassador for Indian Development Foundation. She is the Coordinator for the SAARC Nations Regional Committee for Global Youth Parliament and is also the Secretary-General from India for Global Talk Education. Dr Negi serves as an Advisor to the Sports Academy Association of India and is the Territory Head for the Association for Primary Education & Research. She is associated with many social and educational organisations worldwide. Her passion and dedication lie in contributing her time and efforts to the betterment of society and education.

She is also an eminent speaker, moderator and panellist at various conferences, events and summits at global platforms. Her work is recognised by the World Book of Records, UK, in the personal and professional category. Dr Negi is also the recipient of many national and international awards.

Devika Nadig has been engaged in the domain of School education for the past three decades.  Her work is focused on the pursuit of teacher excellence in education, which she describes as a journey without an end. Armed with an MA in English Literature and B.Ed from Mumbai University, Devika Nadig gathered rich and meaningful experiences by in the domain of education by teaching in Schools in Mumbai and Pune, before taking on the mantle of leading a large School in Pune as its Principal and Academic Director for 12 years . She is a co-founder of Shikshangan Education Initiatives, and the scope of her work includes teacher development by sharpening Pedagogical skills & working with School Leaders on their Instructional and Organizational leadership skills …thereby building the right environment for Schools to become High performing, World Class Schools. 

Shipra was working on her PhD thesis titled Ecology of care of children by siblings. She has worked with NGOs such as The Teacher Foundation, Aga Khan Foundation (as Freelance consultant) and Gramin Shiksha Kendra (as Freelance consultant) on projects in early childhood education, curriculum development, promoting caring and sensitive environment in schools. She had also designed Curriculum and Pedagogy in Early Years II ,  A course to bring your knowledge of child development and curriculum studies to understand the linkages between theories of development, children’s developmental trajectory in early years and pedagogy with reference to early years of a child’s education. She has done numerous Publications.

Dr. Vasavvi Acharjya, Managing Director (IIFPL) has been working in the domain of Early Childhood Education for the past 2 decades. She is the Founder Chairperson of Early Child Development Forum(ECDF) an initiative of DN Acharya Foundation for Children and Women Development.She is a part time faculty of TISS Guwahati for the B.Voc Course on Early Child Development and Child Protection.

Dr. Vasavvi to come up with the concept of an innovative preschool which was launched as a brand in 2013 named Tender Petals. She heads the R & D Team of Tender Petals. 

In the realm of early childhood education and development, one name shines brightly as an enthusiastic and energetic expert - Ms. Amrit Nagpal. With a diverse range of skills and a Master's degree in Education from James Cook University, she has carved a remarkable path as a Teacher Trainer & Mentor, Curriculum Architect, Storyteller, and Consultant. Having served as the former Head of Preschools & ECCEd. at Birla Open Minds Education Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, her contributions have been recognized with prestigious honors such as the Innovation in Early Learning and Child Development award by the Early Child Development Forum and the Innovative Leader of the Year title by Ekk Updesh 

Ms. Seema has 29 years of experience as a special educator  and experience has taught her how to get best out of differently abled students. she made sign language compulsory as a third language for students of her school and also started a separate section for the students in her school for rehabilitation of children with hearing and visual impairment
