     • Property type & location

     • Price / rent

     • Status (Ready to move / Under construction)

   • Limit: 2 properties per month

2. Verify Property Approval

   • Admin will approve or reject based on quality & pricing

   • Only approved properties go live

3. Check Assigned Leads

   • Leads will come via WhatsApp

   • Respond within 5–15 mins to increase lead conversion

   • In case Agent not able to attend and serve the Lead. Agent will be sole responsible for loss of Lead.

4. Weekly Follow-up Report

   • Optional for Starter plan:

     • Quick summary of lead interactions

     • Helps you qualify for future upgrades

Agent Profile:

• Experienced / mid-level

• Max 5 properties will be allowed to List. Listing period will be 45 Days only.

• Agent Specific Leads + Shared Leads will be allotted to Growth Plan Subscribed Agents only.

1. Submit Property Details (5 max)

   • Same Google Form

   • Add floor plans / amenities details if available

2. Request Priority Lead Routing

   • Admin ensures leads go to them first

   • Agents must confirm receipt on WhatsApp

3. Mark Lead Status Daily

   • Simple sheet / dashboard:

     • Lead responded / Call scheduled / Deal closed

   • Improves ranking for future leads

4. Request Virtual Tour Option (Optional)

   • Only if upgrading to Premium higher plan

   • Keep note for 50% discounted virtual tour

• Area exclusivity based on PINCODES + Priority leads + Virtual tours @ 50% Rate

1. Submit Properties (1–10)

   • Include all relevant details + photos

   • Admin approves & schedules virtual tour for 1 selected property

2. Schedule Virtual Tour

   • Use provided template / calendar

   • Admin confirms date/time

3. Priority Lead Management

   • Leads routed only to Exclusive agent for assigned area

   • Must respond quickly to avoid losing lead

4. Track Lead Conversion

   • Update Google Sheet / dashboard daily:

     • Lead responded / Tour completed / Deal closed

5. Provide Feedback

   • Small monthly review with admin:

     • Which properties are converting, which aren’t

   • Helps improve future lead allocation
