ABOUT ME
I am an Assistant Professor in School of Electrical Sciences, ECE Discipline at Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. My research spans in Emerging Nanoscale Devices, Semiconductor Device Modelling, Low power Devices, Reliability Analysis, Ferroelectric-based devices, Device Circuit Co-design, and FET-based Biosensors. My current research focuses on Microelectronics and VLSI. Prior to joining IIT Bhubaneswar, I was an Assistant Professor at IIITDM Jabalpur, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology Germany. I pursued my Ph. D. from IIT Roorkee.
