It started with a pen in one hand and tears in the other — alone in a hotel room in Sedona, on a soul-o trip I hadn’t planned to take by myself.

It was Christmas.
I was facing my third divorce.
I had already walked a spiritual path, earned my Reiki Master certification, and helped others heal through coaching… and yet, I still found myself in another rock bottom.

So I did the only thing I knew to do:
I got honest. I got quiet. I picked up my journal.
And through the tears, something started to form.

Not a business plan. Not a brand.
Just the truth — raw, uncomfortable, and ready to be faced.

That moment was the start.

I pulled from everything that had transformed me before — all the work I had done on myself, and all the breakthroughs I had witnessed in the women I coached.
I laid it out. I tracked what worked. I started to see the patterns.
And when I finally had both feet back on the ground, I reopened my coaching practice — and began test-piloting the process.

The results spoke for themselves.

That’s when I knew: this wasn’t just my healing.
It was a map.
And it was meant to be shared.

So I began writing the book. And I built the course.
