National Digital Library India: National Digital Library ( NDL) is project undertaken by IIT Khargpur which is funded by MHRD, Govt of India. In this Project Educational materials ranging from primary to post-graduate levels are available. It is Repository of contents from multiple subject domains like Technology, Science, Humanities, Agriculture and others. More than 15 types of learning resources and Items in more than 10 languages are available.
The WWW Virtual Library :The World Wide Web Virtual Library was the first index of content on the World Wide Web and still operates as a directory of e-texts and information sources on the web. It was started by Tim Berners-Lee creator of HTML and the World Wide Web itself, in 1991 at CERN in Geneva.
Global Digital Library: The GDL is aimed at many different types of users and the platform is open for everyone. Intended users include ministries of education, school managers, teachers, donor agencies and their implementing partners, international and national non-governmental organizations, local publishers, digital distributors and content providers, and households in developing countries.
World Digital Library: One of the best free online libraries on the internet. The initiative of the Library of Congress of the United States and UNESCO, created in 2009 with the aim of promoting international understanding and knowledge. The WDL makes it possible to discover, study, and enjoy cultural treasures and significant historical documents on one site, in a variety of ways. Content on the WDL includes books, manuscripts, maps, newspapers, journals, prints and photographs, sound recordings, and films. WDL items can be browsed by place, time, topic, type of item, language, and contributing institution. The search feature can be used to search all of the metadata and descriptions and the full text of printed books on the site.
Open Library: Open Library is an online project intended to create "one web page for every book ever published". IT provides access to 1.7 million scanned versions of books, and link to external sources like World Cat and Amazon.

Western water digital Library: The Western Waters Digital Library (WWDL) provides free public access to a wide range of significant resources on water in the Western United States. Available resources include classic water literature, legal transcripts, maps, reports, personal papers, water project records, photographs, audio recordings, videos, and other material. The WWDL also includes selected collection guides. These guides, also known as finding aids, describe a collection’s content, significance, and relevance to a particular research topic.
Hathi Trust : HathiTrust Digital Library is a digital preservation repository and highly functional access platform. HathiTrust provides long-term preservation and access services to digitized content from a variety of sources, including Google, the Internet Archive, Microsoft, and in-house member institution initiatives. Items in the public domain are in full-view for everyone and items held in copyright are searchable. preserves and provides lawful access to the 17 million digitized items.
