Yorktown

USS Yorktown (CV-10) is a "Time-Limited" Premium Ship in our game. She was built between the years of 1941 to 1943. Yorktown was the second of 24 Essex class aircraft carriers built.

USS Yorktown (CV-10)  served between the years of 1943 to 1973.

Succeeded by: Midway class

USS Yorktown (CV-10) was initially to have been named Bonhomme Richard, it was renamed Yorktown while under construction to commemorate USS Yorktown (CV-5), lost at the Battle of Midway in June 1942.
