By installing our software/application you are accepting and agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules.
Should you disagree with any or all of our rules you may not use our services, to include our social media, user forums, websites or any other game application service provided by us(Uniques Digital Game Limited).
1. USER ACCOUNTS:
1-1. The minimum age to register an account is 13 years old, or older.
1-2. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your login and password.
1-3. Sharing or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited, and can result in your account being terminated.
1-4. If an account is terminated for any kind of abuse, including but not limited to violating these rules, the account will not be reinstated or reactivated for any reason.
1-5. Uniques Digital Game Limited reserves the right to investigate each issue or incident case-by-case.
1-6. At any time Uniques Digital Game Limited may modify, suspend or delete accounts with no warning, reason or notice given to the account owner.
1-7. Uniques Digital Game Limited are not responsible for your behavior, or the behavior of other players in our games chats, website or social media.
1-8. Should an account be permanently terminated for breaking any of the rules listed here, the owner of the account will not be entitled to a refund of any currency or form of credit.
1-9. It is you the user's responsibility to check for updates to the rules on a regular basis.
2. USER CONDUCT:
2-1. Do not spam chat. This includes but is not limited to excessive use of caps, symbols, the same message repeatedly and/or nonsense in context.
2-2. Do not bypass the chat censor by changing the spelling or punctuation, or by any other method.
2-3. Do not use profanity in any of the chats.
2-4. Refrain from engaging in disputes with others in any of the games chats.
2-5. Do not engage in conversations that are racist, or may create offense to any other Nation, ethnicity, racial or religious group or culture.
2-6. Asking for another person's account information, or offering your account information will result in an immediate ban from chat, and possible permanent game suspension.
2-7. Berating or slandering other users in any of the games chats is prohibited.
2-8. Linking to or discussing illegal activities is prohibited.
2-9. Discussing or encouraging the use of hacks, game cheats, game glitches or faults to gain advantage is prohibited.
2-10. Discussing active administrative investigations on player conduct, and the actions taken by Uniques Digital Game Staff, and Game Administrators, is prohibited.
2-11. Advertising of any kind is not permitted unless it is directly related to this game, such as joining fleets or squads which should be limited to a time of 15 minutes apart, or it will be considered spamming.
2-12. Provoking other players to break any of these rules will not be tolerated.
2-13. Game Moderators and Administrators are volunteers, and not paid or compensated for their assistance. They are not required to engage in teaching, assisting or general conversation with players. Their job is to monitor game chat and fair game-play. Do not harass, provoke or otherwise antagonize game Moderators and Administrators.
2-14. The use of symbols and/or numbers that represent hate groups, organizations or political figures such as swastikas is strictly prohibited in any of the games chats.
2-15. Do not provoke players that do not speak your language.
2-16. Creating a false identity for purposes of misleading others, or break any of the rules listed in these game rules will result in all related accounts being terminated.
3. USER/FLEET NAMES:
Be careful when choosing your username and/or Fleet name. Usernames or Fleet names that contain or represent in any way the following are strictly prohibited:
3-1. Names that are deemed sexually explicit in any way.
3-2. Names that contain vulgarity in any form.
3-3. Names that contain profanity, whether it be in full form or abbreviated.
3.4. Names that are racist, or may create offense to any other Nation, ethnicity, racial or religious group or culture.
3.-5. Names that contain unduplicatable symbols or letters.
3-6. Names that imply or insinuate discrimination, racism or national supremacy of any kind.
3-7. Names that include insults, derogatory statements, or are abusive and/or harassive towards anyone else.
3-8. Names that make reference to political figures both past and present that are deemed by most repulsive to include but is not limited to any Nazi political figure or leader, or terrorist.
3-9. Any name that implies negativity towards Uniques Digital Game Limited, or any member of it's staff.
3-10. Any name that implies reference to anything pornographic, sexual, pedophilia or any kind of physical or mental abuse.
If you violate any of the above rules when creating your username, you may be prompted at your next login to change your name. If you choose another name that violates any of the above rules you risk us (Uniques Digital Game Limited) deleting your account permanently. If we change it, and you change it again and your new name violates any of the listed rules your account will be suspended permanently, and our services will no longer be available to you.
4. FLEETS:
4-1. Keep your conflicts with other players and/or Fleets in the games battles, not in the games chats, websites, social media and forums.
4-2. Fleet admirals be aware that if members of the fleet that you are Admiral of engage in activity that breaks any of the Rules of Engagement or any other violation of conduct in battle, Uniques Digital Game Limited reserves the right to disband your Fleet.
4-3. Uniques Digital Game Limited and Administrative staff reserve the right to change any Fleet name it deems inappropriate or unacceptable in any way.
4-4. Unique's Digital Game Limited will not get involved In any disputes within any fleets.
Fleet Admirals are advised to pick their leaders carefully. Uniques Digital Game Limited Is not responsible for the conduct, actions or instructions given or taken by any members of fleets or their leaders.
5. CONDUCT IN BATTLE:
Definition of Rules of Engagement:
Rules of engagement (RoE) covers many different behaviors in battle, here are some example:
Failure to engage enemy players during battle
Maintaining a passive stance in battle, and allowing enemies to sink your ship without fighting back
Failing to engage certain players on enemy team, due to fleet affiliation, or friendship
Entering a battle with more than one of your own accounts in use, in order to gain an advantage (This applies to both being on your team or both teams)
Causing a battle to have a predetermined result
Maintaining fleet or personal diplomacy that introduces 'no kill' or 'do not fire' policies, with other fleets or players, for any reason.
Offering or accepting money or any other form of payment in exchange for ship leveling services, or account "stat padding"
Any of the following actions in battle are prohibited:
5.1. Engage in any Rules of Engagement (RoE)
5-2. Assist players on the opposite team, through chat of any kind, by telling them the locations and strategies discussed or used of players on your team.
5-3. Intentionally use the physics of the game to sabotage another person's game or success in battle by using your ship to push theirs either into harm's way, or away from the battle.
5-4. Passive participation for personal or account gain.
