Yuen Yang

ROCS Yeun Yang was a Allen M. Sumner-Class Destroyer built for the US Navy during the years of 1943 to 1944. The ship was loaned to Taiwan (ROCN) 12 May 1970. There were 58 Allen M. Sumner-Class Destroyers built between the years of 1943 to 1945.

ROCS Yeun Yang served between the years of 1970 to 1999.

ROCS Yeun Yang, formerly USS Haynsworth,  was transferred to Taiwan and renamed Yuen Yang. Yue Yang served for almost 30 more years before being decommissioned on 6 January 1999 and sunk as artificial reef on 13 October 2001.
