Hai Chi-Class Cruisers(Chinese: 海圻級; pinyin: Hǎi Qí jí;) built for the Imperial Chinese Navy during the years of 1896 to 1899. She was at the time the largest warship in Imperial China. They were built by the British replace the catastrophic losses of the Beiyang Fleet. There were 2 of this class built.

Hai Chi-Class Cruiser Hai Chi(海圻) would go on to serve in the Republic of China Navy through the National Protection War, World War I, the Second Zhili–Fengtian War, and the Northern Expedition. Hai Tien(海天) Foundered 25 April 1904 after hitting a rock in Hangzhou Bay.
