Submission Guideline

HOW  TO  SUBMIT

2025-2026 聯誼通訊報告或文章提交 Files Submission and Guidelines:

1. 1. Submission Deadline: 年中會(2025年十月) 11/10/2025；年會(2026年四月) 6/30/2026

   2. 檔案名: For example: 西南區-Mary；同心圓-Mary；年會會後遊-Mary

   3. Maximum file size 10MB (Single or multiple files can be uploaded, but the total file size should be less than 10MB.)


   4. 漢字報告或文章 Hànzì articles or reports：

      (1) 全頁 Full page，除掉標題/作者姓名/單位，中文字數請控制在 1200 字（最多兩張圖表或照片/per page)。

      (2) 跨頁 Spread：文字以2600字為上限 + 照片四張為上限。

   5. 英文文章 English Articles：
英文字全頁以375字包括空格為上限，照片兩張為上限。跨頁700字 + 照片四張為上限。English texts can be up to 375 words (including spaces) per page, plus two photos. Cross pages can be up to 700 words per page, plus up to four photos.
