Your purchase or use of this Application implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the conditions below, do not download or continue the usage of this Application.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement in the future. Your continued use of this Application or the Services after the posting of revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions.
As a user of the Application or a user registered to use any of the Services (a "Registered User"), you agree to the following:
This Company is the sole owner of this Application. You do not own or claim any rights or ownership over any part of the Application. Any fee paid by you prior to your usage of this Application is only to grant access or use the application and its services.
You are not eligible or allowed to reverse engineer, hack, or make illegal copies of the Application. Any act of the above-mentioned types is a violation of the Agreement and renders you ineligible to use the Application.
This application does not encrypt the data in it. The Company is not responsible for any data theft or data loss that might occur due to the usage of the Application in any way.
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or share within the Application.
Users must not post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Users must not post or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.
The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms. Accounts that repeatedly violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.
Users may report inappropriate content or block other users through in-app tools.
Some features of the Application may require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are displayed within the Application and the App Store.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified.
Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
