Pangot receives snowfall during winter, generally between December and January, depending on weather conditions.

Water is a valuable resource in the mountains. We request all guests to use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations from 15+ days of arrival: No cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 15 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charge.

• No-show: No refund.

• Early departure: No refund

Refund Policy

• Cancellation refunds: Any refunds due will be processed within 7 business days on the same account through which payment has been made

• Premature departure: No refund will be given for early departures.

Force Majeure

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, we will allow a one-time date change amendment without any charges, within one month of the original check-in date. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the guest. This flexibility applies to bookings where 100% payment has been received.
