What is the Nature City Forum?

• The Nature City Forum is an initiative of several regional organizations that are actively working toward a Maryland that is vibrant, green, and resilient. The forum is a space for collaboration and learning. See information from the 2019,  2021, & 2023 forums for more details.

Who do I contact if I need assistance with anything conference-related?

• Please email NatureCityForum@gmail.com, and we will respond promptly.

How can I get involved?

• There are several ways you can support Nature City Forum, including:

  • • Sponsorship

    • Opportunities to Present

    • Volunteer (we are actively looking for people to help with registration, photography, annotations and more. Please email NatureCityForum@gmail.com if you're interested) 

Will anything from the forum be streamed?

• As of right now, we don't have the capacity to stream the forum presentations, but we will provide as much follow-up material as possible. 

Are there meals included?

• Yes, at the Maritime Conference Center, coffee breaks, a small breakfast, and a full lunch will be provided. Please be sure to indicate if you have any dietary restrictions on the registration form.

Is there parking or transportation available at the venue?

• The Maritime Conference Center offers a Complimentary Shuttle to and from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Thurgood Marshall Airport and the BWI Amtrak® Train Station. See the Maritime Conference Center's website for directions and information on parking.

Do I have to be a member of the Greater Baltimore Wilderness Coalition to attend the forum?

• No. All individuals and organizations are welcome to check out the Greater Baltimore Wilderness Coalition Activities. Membership is not required to register for our events, but please email us at info@baltimorewilderness.org if your organization is interested in becoming a member.

Will I have access to the recordings and materials?  

• At the discretion of the presenters, materials will be uploaded to our website after the forum.  Recordings are not likely to be provided. 

Will there be event photography

• Photos may be taken to share on our social media and website during the course of the event. Please contact naturecityforum@gmail.com if you would prefer that your image not be posted on social media or elsewhere publicly or have questions/concerns

Is there a map of the Maritime Conference Center?

• Yes, see below. We will be in the North Conference/Academic Building in the Auditorium and the Bridge Room
