Participation Details & Fees for Nature Camp
The program is designed for 40 participants, including trainers & staff & organizers.
If the number of participants decreases, trainers will have to charge more from their clients to compensate.
The program fee is Rs. 3500/- per head in week days and 4000/- in week ends.
This will include Food, Accommodation, Forest Fees, Jeep Safari, Organizing Expenses.
The trainers and staff (Maximum of 5 Numbers) will have to pay 50% of the client fee.
Additional days, if requested, will be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500/- per head.
Your Margin / Maintenance Income
Trainers can set their own fees for their clients, allowing for their margin.
Trainers and organizations are encouraged to contribute additional amounts to support the Greencross Eco Village Project.
Also you may encourage your clients to contribute this green cause.

Margin Calculation (Example for 30 Clients)
You will charge each client a fee of Rs. 4,500.
With 30 clients enrolling, the total revenue generated will be Rs. 1,35,000/-.
Our fee for 30 participants @ Rs. 3,500 each + 3 staff @1750 = Rs. 1,10250/-.
Rounded fee is Rs. 1,10,000/-
Total margin you gain: Rs. 25,000/-.
The income tax benefit you get is 50% of Rs. 1,10,000/- = Rs. 55,000/-.
So, the total benefit you get is Rs. 80,000/-.
Payments
We accept the program fee as a donation to Greencross Foundation.
You may collect fees from your clients together and transfer it to our account.
Only advance payments through legal money transfer are accepted.
All Donations you make to Greencross Foundation are eligible for Income Tax Exception under Section 80G.
