As needs arise in our community, you may notice age ranges and programs vary.
Ashley and Audrey will facilitate a child-directed learning experience that recognizes each child's unique interests for ages 7-14.
In Free school, our learners have the freedom to organize their daily activities, and there is equality and democratic decision making among learners and adults.
Our structure provides a daily meeting where projects/activities are suggested and the daily offerings are discussed. These activities will be invitation based to allow for freedom and self-navigation.
Learners will have access to a maker's space including tools for fine arts, textiles, woodworking, and technology and will have the ability to care for farm animals and tend to bees.

Rooted in the same philosophy as Free School, the NLA Teen Collective program provides a relaxed, democratic, and youth-led environment that encourages connection, independence, and real-world readiness and is a natural next step for older learners.
Each week teens will socialize, play games, and participate in optional group activities. The structure remains open and flexible, allowing relationships to develop naturally and teens to take ownership of their experience.
In addition to unstructured social time, our goal is to provide access to local job opportunities and internships. Our mentors, Ashley and Audrey, will offer help with resume building, interview preparation, and guidance regarding Georgia Dual Enrollment and other academic pathways.
