We offer short sessions to provide maximum flexibility for families with young children, homeschoolers, and all those who choose alternative lifestyles and education.  As needs arise in our community, you may notice age ranges and programs vary.

Offerings for 2025

Late Winter Sessions

Free School Thursdays

Ashley and Audrey will facilitate a child-directed learning experience that recognizes each child's unique interests for ages 7-13.

Our structure provides a daily meeting where projects/activities are suggested and the daily offerings are discussed. These activities will be invitation based to allow for freedom and self-navigation.

Learners will have access to a  maker's space including tools for fine arts, textiles, woodworking, and technology and will have the ability to care for farm animals.

Ashley and Lindsay will lead a fun and engaging experience for your 4-6 year old.

The Tuesday Learning Pod is a warm, play-based environment for children ages 4-6, crafted for families seeking a nurturing, alternative experience as an introduction to child-led homeschooling.

In a small group setting, children explore, connect, and grow, guided by curiosity and the joy of discovery.

Activities are designed to promote exploration and creativity while giving learners the freedom to direct their own experiences. Through structured play, children practice forming and communicating boundaries, acknowledging and expressing emotions, and learning to let their feelings flow with awareness. Movement activities help them integrate these feelings, encouraging a balance between mind and body.

This drop-off pod is primarily independent, although families are welcome when extra support is needed. In this community, children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually, laying a strong foundation for lifelong, joyful learning.

Play is a crucial component of children's learning path, fostering holistic development across various domains. Through play, children engage in activities that enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. In the realm of cognition, imaginative play stimulates creativity and problem-solving abilities. Socially, group play cultivates communication and cooperation skills. Emotionally, play provides a platform for self-expression and emotional regulation. Physically, active play contributes to motor skill development. In essence, play serves as a multifaceted vehicle for comprehensive learning in a child's formative years.
