Natural Pathways regular workdays are 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 9 AM to Noon.
Students who have signed up [high school sign-up; college student sign-up] receive emails one week prior to the workday with all the details for meeting location, type of work planned, and special directions.
Students should always check their email and the Google Calendar embedded below before leaving home if there is the possibility of cancellation for severe or inclement weather.
Typical Work Day Schedule
8:50 Arrive & Sign in
9:00 Introductions & Orientation to the Day's Work
9:10 Carpool to Worksite, if needed
9:20 Review on-site safety protocols & begin work
Breaks & information sharing during work
11:40 Clean up work site & Debrief observations
11:55 Arrive back at Visitor Center Parking Lot
Need to Know . . .
Always bring a water bottle
Wear long pants and closed toed shoes
Long sleeve shirts, hats, sunscreen, & insect repellent are recommended
Let an adult leader know about any allergies, medications, or other health information
Restrooms are at the Visitor Center parking lot, but not always available at the worksite
