Our Vent & Release Sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to share what’s on your heart and mind—without judgment. These sessions are similar in feeling to therapy, but are intentionally designed to provide emotional release, presence, and support, especially for those who often feel unheard or alone.
Each session is held by one of our trained mental health professionals: Jean-Gade Lavi or Lapè Lavi, both of whom bring empathy and grounded care to each conversation.
