My name is Natalie Ortiz, I am a girl who adores and cherishes color. I've been doing traditional work all my life as a self taught artist. Being given the opportunity to take ceramics during my sophomore and junior year has been life changing! Being able to feel the clay and express myself in such a tactile way is something I'm so grateful for. I love all forms of art I draw, paint, sew, sculpt, throw, write, and so much more. I use myself and the things around me to express my feelings, I hope many feel my expression just by staring. Art is something very dear to me, it has always helped me connect with others and most importantly connect with myself.
