NATOsMUN, and our parent organization Continuum, offers a wide variety of programs, opportunities and services for delegates looking to gain experience, add some CV points or even network with new folks of a dignified circuit.
NATOsMUN offers structured volunteering opportunities within the Secretariat for individuals interested in conference management, operations, communications, and delegate coordination. Volunteers gain first-hand experience in running a high-level Model United Nations conference and receive official certificates of participation. All roles are transparently listed and managed through MyMUN.com, ensuring legitimacy, accountability, and proper recognition of work done before and during the conference.
Members of the Crisis Team play a critical role in shaping the dynamic flow of crisis committees. Responsibilities include drafting updates, managing real-time developments, coordinating with the Chairing Panel, and ensuring continuity of narrative and realism. Based on performance and availability, Crisis Team members may also be given short-term chairing or moderation responsibilities, making this an ideal role for those interested in fast-paced decision-making and advanced MUN formats.

For delegates looking to sharpen their skills, NATOsMUN facilitates optional paid training sessions conducted by experienced MUN practitioners. These sessions focus on practical committee skills, crisis strategy, research methods, and advanced debate techniques. Each session is priced at ₹100 INR, making them accessible while maintaining quality and commitment. Participation is voluntary and separate from conference registration.
All volunteers will be given cirtificates for their work, and delegates who are engaiging the training oppurtunities will be given one hour long trainings of their wish, related to the MUN.
