We're a Manila-based family with roots in Negros, and we built this space to feel like a real home, not just a rental. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping: 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with a single bunk bed. Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

🚿 Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor bathroom has a water heater.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining: Fully functional kitchen with complete basic cookware and utensils. Air-conditioned dining area.

📺 Entertainment: 50-inch 4K UHD Google TV with free Netflix. High-speed WiFi (80–100 Mbps) — great for streaming and video calls.

🏊 Subdivision Amenities: Access to the community swimming pool and basketball court. Pool is free for stays of 1 week or more; ₱100/guest for shorter stays.

🔒 Security: 24/7 subdivision security. Free parking inside the compound.

📍 Location: Richwood Homes, Bacong, Negros Oriental — close to Dauin's dive sites, Valencia's waterfalls, and Dumaguete City proper.
