    • Rao SAHIB KHANJI Champawat, Thakur Sahib of Badi Khatu, married 1stly, Rani Shekhawatiji Sone Kanwar, daughter of Raja Hridayram Hariram Raisalot of Mundro, married 2ndly, Bada Rani Bhatianiji Ram Kanwar, daughter of Rao Goyanddas Kacharsinghot Tejmalot of Rindha, married 3rdly, Chhota Rani Bhatianiji Jas Kanwar, daughter of Rao Kan Singh Jaitsinghot of Rindha, and had issue, six sons. He died 1644.

  • Kunwar Dalpat Singhji (8th son), born 1596, he was granted Rohet with 84 villages in 1622, by Maharaja Gaj Singh I of Jodhpur, married and had issue (see Rohet). He died 1665 in Rohet.

• Thakur VITHAL DASJI, Thakur of Ransigaon 1627/1658, he was granted the estate of Rinsi in 1627 by Maharaja Gaj Singh; married seven wives, including, Thakurani Jam Kanwar, daughter of Shaktawat Rao Bhan Shaktisinghot of Bhindar, married Thakurani Udai Kanwar, daughter of Hulan Rao Duda of Sojat, and had issue, fifteen sons, whose descendants are known as Vitthal Dasot Champawats. He died 1658 in the battle of Dholpur.

  • Thakur Suraj Mal, he was granted the estate of Nosar in Falodi pargana, Jodhpur (1 village, 2,100Rs, single Tazimi Sirayat) in 1756 by Maharaja Vijai Singh of Jodhpur; married three wives, and had issue, three sons. He died 1790 in the battle of Merta.
