Raja SABHA CHAND, 1st Raja of Landhaura, he was granted 596 villages by Padshah Aurabzeb of Delhi, in order to bring under control the rebellious Jagirdars in this area, married and had issue.

Raja NAHAR SINGH, Raja of Landhaura, during his reign he extended his authority up to Ambala in the west and Sardhana (Meerut) in the south; he built temples, ghats and inns for the pilgrims at Haridwar; married and had issue.
Raja Ram Dayal (qv)
Raja RAM DAYAL, Raja of Landhaura -/1813, he held the greater portion of the present pargana of Pur Chhapar and some estates beyond its limits, comprising in all, 795 villages and 36 hamlets; he also built temples, inns and ghats, as well as palace courts and stables in Landhaura, married Rani Dhan Kunwar, died 1836, Estate Manager of Parichhatgarh (see below), and had issue. He died 28th March 1813.

Raja JAGAT PRAKASH SINGH, Rais of Landhaura [16.12.1868] - [31.8.1870], born 16th December 1868, he died, still a minor, on 31st August 1870 (#2).
Rani Dharam Kunwar, Rani of Landhaura 1870/1912 and 8th Zamindarani of Parichhatgarh, born 1854, in her time, she was the largest Gujar landholder, holding an estate of twelve villages, and paying a revenue of Rs. 7084 annually, which is tho sole remaining portion of the great muqarrari of Raja Ram Dayal, five of the villages lie in Gordhanpur, three each in the parganas of Pur Chhapar and Bhuma Sambalhera, and one in Bhukarheri. She died 12th November 1912.
Raja NARENDRA SINGH, Rais of Landhaura [4.3.1877] - [xx.12.1879], he succeeded by adoption, he was born as Kumar Tofa Singh and was adopted by Rani Dharam Kunwar on 4th March 1877, died still a minor in December 1879.
Raja RAM PADAB SINGH, Rais of Landhaura [20.1.1883] - [xx.6.1885], he succeeded by adoption, he was born as Kumar Ram Sarup Singh and was adopted by Rani Dharam Kunwar on 20th January 1883, died still a minor in June 1885.
Raja BALWANT SINGH, Rais of Landhaura and Zamindar of Parichhatgarh [13.1.1899] - [16.11.1952], born 1884 (or 1878), he succeeded by adoption, elder son of Chaudhury Ramnivas Singh Parmar of Jandhera-Shamspur village, he was adopted by the widow of Raja Raghubir Singh on 13th January 1899, but she repudiated the adoption afterwards, costly litigation ensued and the adoption was subsequently upheld by the High Court; he served for years as a chairman of the district board of Saharanpur; Member of Legislative Assembly (U.P.); he was one of the founders of the Gurjar Degree College at Rampur; married Rani Bada Fuwaja (Photo), a daughter of General Maharajkumar Dhwaj Narsingh Rana of Nepal, and had issue, two sons and one daughter. He died 16th November 1952 aged 74 years.

PREDECESSORS AND SHORT HISTORY: Sometime in the past there was this bandit, who robbed everyone, nothing was done about it until he robbed the daughter of the Mughal Emperor of Delhi. An Imperial force was sent, but it was defeated by the bandit, so another larger force was sent, it was also defeated. So the Emperor gave this bandit some land (which became the Parichhatgarh Zamindari Estate, also known as Parikishatgarh) and asked the bandit to only commit robbery within his lands, and not outside them - this was agreed. The bandit was Rao Jit Singh, his son and heir became the 1st Zamindar. Formerly had 300 villages in Jagir, 183 villages "in Zamindari right" 1833 Allowed to only keep 35 and a half villages by the British. Estate holders were.....
Rao DARGAHI SINGH, 1st Zamindar of Parichhatgarh, son of Rao Jit Singh, he obtained Dadri and the neighbouring lands in the settlement mentioned above; married and had adoptive issue, his nephew. He died sp.

Rao NAIN SINGH, 2nd Zamindar of Parichhatgarh -/1818, succeeded by adoption, he was granted 300 villages in Jagir by Perron, the Governor of Aligarh, he first established himself at Parichhatgarh then at Bahsuma, he have much trouble to the authorities by harboring offenders and engaging in the smuggling trade of salt; married and had issue. He died 1818.
Rao Natha Singh (qv)
Rao NATHA SINGH, 3rd Zamindar of Parichhatgarh 1818/1833, he made no claims to his father's muqarrari, but sued for the proprietary right in 183 villages under a zamindari farman by right of inheritance, and for similar rights in 35˝ villages by virtue of a lease at a fixed revenue in his own name; married and had issue. He died 15th August 1833.
