PREDECESSORS AND SHORT HISTORY: The estate of Jhadol, originally called Bichiwara, was granted to Rajrana Sahib Ajjaji Raidharji, the eldest son of Raj Sahib Raidharji Vaghoji, the 24th Raj Sahib of Dhrangadhra, and at the same time, his younger brother, Rajrana Sajjaji, was granted the estate of Delwara, they had been dispossed of their right to the gadi of Halvad in an intrigue by their uncle, who annointed their youngest brother, Ranoji Raidharji as successor to their father. The brothers then left for employment with the then Maharana of Mewar who granted them estates in recognition of their bravery. Estate holders were.....
