National Constitution Day Celebration at Nazareth Primary School
Theme : “Gratitude in Action – Nurturing Humanity with Heart”
The students of Nazareth Primary School celebrated Constitution Day on 21st November 2025 with great respect and patriotic spirit. The programme reflected this year’s school theme, “Gratitude in Action – Nurturing Humanity with Heart,” encouraging students to show thankfulness through responsible behavior and sincere effort.
The celebration began with a warm introduction, followed by a soothing prayer song that created a peaceful and reverent atmosphere. The school prayer and petitions were then offered for the nation, its leaders, and all citizens, especially the children who are the future of India.
The Thought for the Day reminded students about the importance of following rules and valuing the rights and duties given by our Constitution.
Students presented a meaningful skit on Rights and Duties, showing simple everyday situations where children can practise gratitude through discipline, cleanliness, respect for elders, and helping others. One of the students also recited a beautiful poem based on the Constitution, highlighting its importance in our daily lives.
This was followed by an interesting quiz, where students enthusiastically answered questions related to the Constitution and national symbols.
A vibrant dance performance added colour and energy to the programme, while a song on the Constitution helped students understand the values of unity, justice, and equality in a joyful way.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the confident recitation of the Preamble, where students loudly and proudly declared the guiding principles of our nation.
The Headmistress, Sr. Stella Mary, addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers. She encouraged everyone to live the school theme, reminding them that gratitude is best shown through action by being responsible, disciplined, and caring citizens.
The programme concluded with a brief closing message and the respectful singing of the National Anthem.
The Constitution Day celebration inspired every student to value the Constitution and practice gratitude through meaningful actions in their daily lives.
